This hotel is located right in the heart of the historic area, making it super convenient to explore downtown Lisbon and all its attractions. The staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The rooms were clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels provided. The modern amenities, like the computer and kitchenette, were a nice touch.

The only minor downside was the fluctuating water temperature in the shower. But overall, everything was great.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and we even booked some great day trips and a fado performance through them. The surprise birthday gesture with a bottle of champagne in our room was the cherry on top. The hotel was clean and professionally run, with a comfortable bed and reliable wifi.

It was close to all the main tourist attractions and it was easy to get around with public transportation. the staff were friendly and helpful. They were always willing to provide us with recommendations for places to eat or things to do. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped. They had tea and coffee facilities, a nice touch.

the shower in our room was terrible.
